Why does my Acer aspire 5732Z laptop make a continuous beeping noise upon startup?
Every time I turn on the laptop, it makes a continuous beeping noise which goes through the loading screen then ends when the acer logo appears, which is about 1 minute. What is the problem? It wasn’t like this the day before and now every time it is turned on, this happens.
Thanks in advance.

I have a Toshiba laptop and something got spilled on it causing all kinds of problems. Including the one you are describing. That ended up being in my keyboard. I had to unplug it and use the on screen pain in the @$#^ keyboard until I could replace it,then my hard drive died. I would contact your manufacturer and ask them. Especially if your computer is on any warranty.

A continuous beep usually means there is a memory problem.

count the beeps
than google computer beeps –these are codes for serious problems
most times it is ram or a failing hard drive

Try re-seating or replacing the RAM.
